Project Overview

Forma Health is a wellness platform concept that combines mental and physical health support into one experience. It offers tailored lifestyle plans, clinically backed treatments, and progress tracking tools designed to improve focus, sleep, energy, and overall wellbeing.
It features personalized treatment plans, client testimonials, and calming visuals that build trust while making healthcare services approachable and user-friendly.The project explores how technology and human-centered design can deliver long-lasting, personalized health outcomes in a modern, trustworthy way.

Why I made this?

This was about crafting a believable wellness front page that feels human and trustworthy, not clinical-cold. I wanted large imagery, subtle data cues, and clear CTAs that read well on both long form pages and promo screens.


What this shows about me?

  • I can design calm, credible health interfaces that prioritize trust and readability.
  • I focus on composition that guides attention — hero, benefits, social proof, CTA.
  • I can produce presentation-ready visuals.

Replication & Inspiration

This concept was inspired by real wellness and mental health platforms like BetterHelp, Cerebral, Talkspace, MindBodyGreen, and Headspace Health. I recreated a similar landing experience to study how these sites combine trust-building language, human imagery, and simple calls to action within a calm, approachable layout.



Side Notes

The idea was to show empathy through layout and not to overpromise features. This was a challenge built from scratch in Inkscape to test how close I could get to real wellness layouts. It really helped me study how calm, trustworthy interfaces are structured and spaced.
