Furniche Expanded

Project Overview

Furniche was all about creating a premium, story-driven shopping journey for modern furniture. My focus was on making the page feel warm, premium, and personal using lifestyle imagery and storytelling elements that go beyond just selling products. Instead of just focusing on products, I wanted every section to highlight how thoughtful design can elevate everyday life.

Key Highlights

  • I kicked things off with a hero section that sets the tone - bold, modern, and paired with a clear call-to-action.
  • The value highlights quickly build trust by showing tangible benefits like comfort, posture, and togetherness.
  • The storytelling product sections like 'Spaces That Tell Stories' and 'Designed for Daily Rituals' position furniture as part of moments, not just objects.
  • The testimonial section 'Stories From Real Homes', adds authenticity with real voices and experiences.
  • The Furniche Promise reinforces credibility through values like credibility, sustainability, craftsmanship, and service.
  • Finally, the footer ties everything together, closing the experience and provide next steps.

Why I made this?

I wanted to see if furniture could feel warm and premium without relying on beige or cliche tones. This project was about crafting comfort through layout, clean, balanced, and quietly confident.

If This Were a Fuller Ecommerce Experience

If I continued building Furniche, I'd:

  • Expand it into a fuller shopping experience by adding richer product pages with more imagery, material swatches, and configurators like color, fabric, size.
  • Introduce personalization features like recommending furniture sets tailored to a user's lifestyle or aesthetic.
  • Make the design fully responsive so mobile users get the same immersive browsing experience.
  • Add micro-interactions and subtle animations to lift the premium feel, and focus on accessibility, load performance, and clear conversion flows like cart → checkout → confirmation.

Side Notes

The design plays with calm whites, soft greys, and muted accents to echo a lifestyle brand mood. The goal wasn't just selling furniture, it was building a space that feels intentional, slow, and designed to breathe.
